Environment, Interdisciplinarity, Environmental challenges, Pending environmental agendaAbstract
The global environmental scenario is in a very worrying state. This is a matter of urgent, profound, and unpostponable attention. Therefore, it obliges the States to carry out urgent policies, which represent the adoption of great and essential challenges. The challenges in environmental matters should not be assumed only from the world of law. This is because environmental issues and problems do not begin and are not agitated in the validity of the Law. Consequently, an interdisciplinary analysis is necessary. In the present work, the authors assume this commitment. Thus, they raise and develop the corresponding challenges that must be considered as a pending agenda.
